In 2024, I led the primary design (MVP 2.0) of MarginalROI (MROI), a cutting-edge marketing and finance analytics tool for Citi’s internal users. Leveraging built-in AI and machine learning, MROI delivers robust data analysis to optimize Cards marketing budgets and simulate operational, marketing, and financial scenarios. With an intuitive, user-friendly dashboard, it provides predictive outcome modeling, resource allocation insights, and budgeting support, empowering management to drive higher net present value (NPV) through strategic decision-making.

As the lead designer for MarginalROI’s Phase I in 2024, I spearheaded the branding system and UI strategy, crafting a visually cohesive and intuitive dashboard. My contributions included designing high-fidelity Figma prototypes, optimizing the interface for ease of navigation, and ensuring responsiveness across devices. SafetyCompass/ Client Services: Risk Management Platform

In 2024, I led the design of the Client Services dashboard under SafetyCompass platform, a risk management tool for Citi’s management team. As part of the platform’s rebrand and enhancement, I designed multiple dashboards, including Client Services, and contributed to the SafetyCompass branding strategy. This intuitive tool empowers managers to oversee team member entitlements, ensure compliance, monitor RAJ (Risk Assessment Journal) status, track accomplishments, and manage priorities for planned and unplanned projects, driving strategic risk mitigation and operational efficiency.

SafetyCompass, formerly Safety and Soundness, is a comprehensive risk management platform that supports Citi’s managers in operational and compliance oversight. The Client Services dashboard, designed under my management in 2024, enables managers to take immediate action on breach and warning items, perform critical tasks in operation management, and monitor compliance and entitlements. It offers a unified view of priorities, accomplishments, project statuses, and updates for both planned and unplanned initiatives.
