The Who's Who Buyers' Guide 2021
As a freelance Graphic Designer and Art Director for The Blue Book Building & Construction Network’s Who’s Who Buyer’s Guide 2021, I designed approximately 130 primary magazine advertisements for the Spring and Fall 2021 nationwide editions. I delivered layouts and mechanical files within a tight 6-week production deadline, managed all image selections and art direction, and collaborated with an assistant for minor copywriting, proofreading, content tracking, and verification of subscribing businesses’ information. My work ensured visually compelling ads that highlighted paid customer listings for a national construction industry audiences.
Most ads were provided only with business contact details and specific features or special products/services the customers wanted to highlight. Through quick research and a streamlined design process, I delivered ads that aligned with each customer’s business appearance and web presence.
